Located in a Brand New Upscale Salon in the hills of Brea, Ca. Robin has received extensive training in all areas of the industry. Including Joico, Redken, Goldwell, Schwarzkopf, Handtied Extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, The Business of Balayage and Masters Of Balayage. BOOKING: Please send a full picture of your hair in natural lighting along with 2-3 goal pictures you have in mind. SALON POLICY: 15 minutes past appointment time will need to be rescheduled and deposit will be lost. Failure to send hair pics prior to your appt. may result in changes to the service requested. SALON SERVICE SATISFACTION: We truly care about our clients' satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our work. If you're unhappy with a result, we're always willing to offer a complimentary adjustment or professional product to make it right. However, it’s our salon policy not to offer cash refunds for completed services. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our business, as services—unlike products—can’t be returned. Cash refunds can unfortunately open the door for abuse, where individuals seek free services with no intention of resolution. Cancellation Policy
A $25 Non-refundable deposit will be collected for the day and time you book.
Please reschedule 3 days prior to your appointment to retain the deposit towards your next booking.
Cash Refunds will not be given. If you are not satisfied, please reach out and let me know within a week of your service for any adjustments necessary.
